About This Position
DeSantis Solutions is seeking a full time CDL delivery truck driver to join our growing team.
Schedule & Territory
- Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours with 10 being standard
- During peak times, overtime is available
- Flexibility in scheduling is a big plus
- All days start in Meadville, PA
- Deliveries are made throughout NW PA, NE Ohio, and SW New York state
- Overnights are never required
Responsibilities Include
- Safely deliver products and maintain excellent customer service relations with our clients
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, report mechanical issues or concerns directly to warehouse manager
- Be able to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screening, and pass a driving background check
- Be able to lift, pull, push, or otherwise move at least 50lbs (we have electric pallet jacks and dollies available, but depending on delivery location some manual lifting will be required)
What You Won't Be Responsible For
- You will not be responsible for loading your truck
- You will not be responsible for routing deliveries
Requirements
- CDL Class B License required
- High School Graduate/GED preferred
- Must be able to read/write and communicate well with other employees and clients
- Experience in our field is not necessary—the more driving experience you have the better
- Willing to work with new drivers!
