Floor Equipment · Autoscrubbers

A mop pushes dirty water around. An autoscrubber removes it.

An autoscrubber lays down fresh cleaning solution, scrubs the floor with rotating brushes or pads, then vacuums the dirty water straight back up — leaving the floor genuinely clean and dry enough to walk on. One machine does in minutes what a mop and bucket do in an hour, and does it better.

How an autoscrubber works
  1. 1
    Lay down clean solution

Fresh water and cleaning chemical are dispensed onto the floor — never the same dirty water twice.

  2. 2
    Scrub with brushes or pads

Rotating brushes or pads do the mechanical work, lifting ground-in soil a mop just smears.

  3. 3
    Vacuum it dry

A squeegee and vacuum pull the dirty water back into a recovery tank, so the floor is left clean and walk-on dry.

Why it beats a mop

The mop was never actually cleaning.

A mop and bucket move soil from one part of the floor to another and leave a film behind. An autoscrubber removes the soil and the water with it. Here is the honest side-by-side.

Mop & bucket

  • Rinses the same dirty water back onto the floor
  • Leaves a sticky soil film that builds up over time
  • Floors stay wet — a real slip-and-fall hazard
  • Slow, and results depend on who is holding the mop
  • Hard on the body — wringing, bending, hauling buckets

Autoscrubber

  • Fresh clean solution on every single pass
  • Mechanical scrubbing actually lifts the soil out
  • Vacuums dry behind itself — floors open again fast
  • Up to 5–8× faster, with consistent results every time
  • The machine does the labor, not your back

What would an autoscrubber save you?

Punch in the floor you clean today. We will estimate the labor hours and dollars an autoscrubber gives back versus mopping it by hand.

Estimates use typical real-world cleaning rates: hand mopping ≈ 3,500 sq ft/hr, and autoscrubbers from ≈ 10,000 (small) up to ≈ 30,000 sq ft/hr (rider). Actual output depends on the floor, layout, and operator. These figures are planning estimates, not a quote.

Rider Ride-on & stand-on

You ride, the machine works. For warehouses, distribution centers, big retail, and arenas where there is simply too much floor to walk. Highest output per hour, easiest on the operator.
