Terms vary by manufacturer, and we will confirm exactly what your warranty covers before we start. As a general rule, here is how it breaks down.
Typically covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Genuine factory replacement parts for the covered failure
- The repair labor for that failure, per the manufacturer terms
- Component failures within the coverage period
Usually not covered
- Wear and consumable items: pads, brushes, squeegees, filters, and bags
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Routine maintenance and normal wear over time
- Anything outside the coverage period
Not covered does not mean we cannot fix it. We handle non-warranty repair and stock these parts too.
