This machine was in our demo stock for about 2 years and never really used.  The entire vacuum is modular which means you can tear it apart with out tools so changing the brush roll is real easy – the handle and even the bag area snap right off the motor unit. Real easy to keep clean! It’s a great vacuum for anyone with allergies. Easy to find clogged hoses, and the HEPA filters can be washed. 

No real cosmetic problems, no scratches, dents or cracked plastic parts.
