Rental Equpment Policy
All customers who use our rental equipment must adhere to the following policies:
1. All equipment must be returned in the same condition that it was rented in.
2. All tanks must be emptied and flushed out. We don’t want your dirty water!
3. You will be responsible for any damages caused to the machine during transport and use.
4. It is your responsibility to understand how to use the machine. All machines have fully functional safety features factory installed — use them! YOU CAN SERIOUSLY INJURE YOURSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE, PLEASE UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT BEFORE RENTING! DEDEAVORS/DBA DESANTIS SOLUTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY TO PROPERTY OR PERSON.
5. Please make sure you rent the correct machine. Using the wrong machine can cause damage to floors. It is the customers responsibility to determine which machine is correct for the job.
6. All accessories must be returned with the machine. Customers will be charged for any missing items (ie, pad drivers, brushes, kits, etc).
7. Customers renting equipment with out a commercial account must show a photo ID/Drivers license and leave a credit card number on file.
8. Late equipment will be charged at the daily rate until the machine is returned. We have absolutely no issues with you keeping the equipment longer, but please make sure you notify us before keeping it. We can usually work out a better rate for you.
9. Your rental begins the day you pickup the equipment. We do not rent by the hour. For example, if you pickup a buffer Monday morning at 8AM you have until 5PM Tuesday to return the machine at the daily rate.
10. For larger equipment we suggest you have a trailer or pay for delivery. Some equipment can weigh many hundreds of pounds. Delivery rates depend on location, please call for more information if you need this service.
11. Please call to reserve equipment. Not all equipment is available all the time.
